By accessing and using ben.codes ("the Site"), operated by Ben Code inc. ("the Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
The Site provides information about AI coding consulting services, workshops, blog content, and a newsletter. The Site also provides the ability to schedule calls via Cal.com and subscribe to a newsletter via ActiveCampaign.
3. Newsletter
By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails about AI coding best practices. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email. Your email address and first name will be stored by ActiveCampaign, our email service provider.
4. Scheduling
The Site uses Cal.com to facilitate appointment scheduling. When you book a call, you are also subject to Cal.com's terms of service. Scheduling a call does not create a binding obligation for either party.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including blog posts, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Ben Code inc. unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

The content on this Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided. Use of any information on this Site is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
